There are various metaphors in the music video -

• The handi-cam - represents our media devices - phones, computers, etc. In the music video, Hye Soo is recording New Jeans; however, her face is never shown.
• The cast of the hand - the problems or issues that Hye-Soo is going through
• The basketball player - seems interested in Hey Soo. However, she doesn’t seem to pay him any attention. He represents real life.
• New Jeans - representing K-pop idols. On Side A, they are always cheery and smiling. At the end of the video, they are shown expressionless and without emotions. This is a metaphor for how they are also part of real life, and KPop is just an act.
